You must be RIBO licensed and have a solid insurance background including underwriting fleets and individually rated policies. Competency in Agency Manager brokerage system and excellent keyboarding skills are prerequisites. CAIB a definite asset. You must be a team player and demand of yourself, nothing less than your best at all times.
