This coverage provides increased liability protection above that offered by the basis personal property policies and:

• Provides an extra layer of (umbrella) liability coverage over and above primary home, automobile, watercraft and recreational motor vehicle policies (all primary insurance policy liability limits must be at least $1,000,000).
• Can be purchased for amounts up to $5,000,000 or more
• Also increases the OPCF44 – Family Protection Benefits section of your automobile policy.
• Usually the Primary property insurance must be written by the same company – other primary automobile, watercraft and recreational motor vehicle policies may be written by another insurer.
